I was born in the Texas panhandle and moved to the Corpus Christi area in 2015. I worked as a school band director until 2019, when I made the decision to switch careers and work towards becoming a midwife.

As a student midwife, I worked with many midwives in the area. This allowed me to see different practice styles which ultimately helped shape my own style of care. I learned many lessons as a student, and I like to think I carry with me the best qualities of each woman that taught me.

I value evidence-based care, informed choice, and safety. My training has prepared me to respect the normal process of pregnancy and birth and has equipped me to manage any complications that may occur.
